FREE Delivery Over £40
- Orders Below £40 our delivery charge is £7.50.
- Typical delivery is usually 1-2 working days. If any longer we will always contact you.
- Free delivery is to UK only. This excludes Ireland & Channel Isles (see costs below) and sent with Parcelforce 24 hour service, full tracking provided.
- No re-stocking fee's, unlike our competitors.
- Small orders are sometimes sent with Royal Mail 2nd class.
Delivery Terms & Cost
At More4Doors we stock of a wide range of products that we aim to deliver within 1-3 working days, we are honest in this statement. If your order is extremely urgent please contact us through live chat or call our sales office on 01637 875255 and we will work with you to see if we can help deliver any faster.
Orders Below £40 delivery charge is £7.50 and usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Areas include UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands & Highlands.
Free delivery does not apply to Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands.
Isle of Man £17.95, 1-4 working days.
Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) £19.45, 3-5 working days.
Republic of Ireland £13.50 2-5 working days.
We will aim to despatch items in stock the very same day using parcelfore 24 next day which through our years of experience is the best service in the UK. Each parcel sent with parcelforce 24 delivery service is fully tracked, so that you can check the progress of your items through to delivery. This service also provides a 1 hour text notification service to you prior to delivery.
If for any reason the products ordered are out of stock we notify you within 24 hours of placing your order.
Saturday deliveries and special timed deliveries can sometimes be arranged at extra cost if required. If you require this please contact us for information.
There are occasions where demand on certain products outstrips supply, should we be unable to deliver we will advise you via email within the first 24 hours of placing your order, with the option to cancel your order or select an alternative product. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
If preferred customer collections can be made via prior arrangement from our warehouse.
Just an additional note, we strongly recommend that common sense is used and tradesmen are not booked until the goods are received at your specified delivery address, this piece of advice is intended to be taken at your own discretion.
We despatch almost all our parcels using the UK's most reliable courier Parcelforce using their 24 hour service. Each parcel sent with Parcelforce 24 delivery service is fully tracked. You will receive either an email or text upon despatch with the tracking number.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
2nd class post aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. This is not a guarantee but an aim. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days, please get in touch if you have not received your order within the 15 day period.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
Rest assured this happens infrequently but if for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then More 4 Doors offer a replace or refund policy, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will usually credit your credit/debit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
Goods returned under complaint may have to be returned to the Manufacturer for inspection and report.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
More4Doors offer a no quibble return on all goods, whether ordered in error, surplus to requirements or unsuitable - this is of course on condition that they have not been used or fitted and they are undamaged in the original packaging.
In the event you wish to return any items you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to obtain an official returns reference number .

Goods should then be returned to us within 14 days of issue of the return reference.
Any items returned without a returns reference number may not be accepted.
After examination of returned goods refunds will be processed within 30 days, funds will credited to the debit/credit account used for your original purchase.
Unlike some of our competitors we do not charge a restocking fee.
All shipping back to us is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as More4Doors cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If you are shipping an item over £40 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Any 'Special Orders' may not be returned for any reason.
All products in our Light Switches & Sockets section are made to order and therefore classed as 'Special Orders' for the purposes of our returns policy.
All Master Keyed Suites prepared to order may also be classed as 'Special Orders'.
